The following is a listing of people offering interpretation and translation services in Guayaquil. Please note that there is no type of certification system, either public or private, for translators and interpreters in Ecuador. The Consulate General and the U.S. Government assume no responsibility for the ability or integrity of the persons of this list. Names are listed alphabetically and the order of their appearance has no other significance.

NOTE: Every time you need to have a document notarized at the U.S. Consulate or Embassy, the official translator must appear personally with his/her identity card or other identifying document.  To see the list of translators please click here
