US Embassy Sponsors Photo Exhibit in Quevedo

With the support of the U.S. Embassy in Quito, the School of Communication at the University of Guayaquil – Quevedo Extension exhibited the “America 24/7” photo collection, which illustrates the diversity of daily life in the U.S.  Political/Economic Officer Peter Martin from the U.S. Consulate in Guayaquil represented the American Diplomatic Mission at the official inauguration ceremony in Quevedo on December 14.  Mr. Martin took the opportunity to give local authorities, the university’s directors and students, and other members of the general public an overview the long history of friendship between the Ecuadorian and American people.
