Political and Economic Officer Visits University of Babahoyo

Political and Economic Officer Peter Martin from the U.S. Consulate in Guayaquil visited the University of Babahoyo on December 14.  During his time there, he addressed dozens of students from various different colleges on the state of U.S.-Ecuador relations.  Mr. Martin highlighted the long history of friendship and cooperation that has existed between the two countries and the many ways in which the U.S. and Ecuador continue to collaborate.  He also met briefly with the university’s directors and other local authorities.
