Consul General Meets University Students in Manabi

Dozens of students from Universidad Laica Eloy Alfaro de Manabí (ULEAM) attended a presentation offered by Consul General Francisco Fernández in the university’s main auditorium. Students from several different departments gathered to listen to the Consul General’s talk on the bilateral relations between Ecuador and the United States, at the end of which the American diplomat participated in an informal and lively dialogue.
Mr. Fernández was warmly received by university administration and students. After his presentation, they offered cultural program that highlighted local dance and music. The more than eighty students who attended the event were clearly pleased by the visit and the Consul General’s chat.
