Consul General inaugurates Internet Center in Biblián-Cañar.

The Consul General of the United States, Douglas Griffiths visited Biblián for the inauguration of first Internet Center of Financial Cooperatives Strengthening Project, promoted by USAID. The Cooperative CACPE BIBLIAN has been beneficiary of the Project through of integral technical support and in the implementation of the Internet Center that will permit to expand the services and the access to the technology to his associates in order to promoting the integral development of the city and the rural zones of the population.
