American Citizen Services are available by appointment only.

PASSPORT AND CRBA SERVICES
In person: Monday through Thursday from 12:00 noon to 4 p.m. BY APPOINTMENT ONLY at the U.S. Consulate in Guayaquil, 2nd Floor.

NOTARIAL SERVICES 
IN PERSON: FRIDAYS only FROM 1o:00 to 12:00 noon with previous appointment
